Chapter 23 is currently being uploaded, with convenient timing. I will try to get as much of chapter 24 done as I can during Labor Day weekend.

I had some pretty bad timing with my return. I've finally started going back to college this month, and it's left me with much less free time than I'd anticipated. As such, I may not be able to keep a monthly schedule with Demon Blade anymore. I'll do my best to get as much out as I can in what spare time I do have, but for now, Demon Blade is no longer a monthly comic.

I am back from my hiatus! My friend made a full recovery and I've gotten most of my other stress issues worked out. The new chapter might look a bit wonky since I also got a new computer and am still getting used to drawing on a bigger screen resolution. (Good old 1024x768 causes problems on this computer)
And yes, for you Diablo fangirls (I know you're out there somewhere) he is going to be shirtless for the rest of the Faustian Cult arc.

There are also two new pieces of fanart by Dr. Sardonicus (who also drew lovely guest art for this chapter's omake strip) and Karruna Niara, respectively.

Lastly, for those of you who are Disgaea fans, I started a fancomic as a side project last month. It can be read here.

Demon Blade is on hiatus as of now. You could probably tell by the timing and quality of the past few chapters that I've been under a lot of stress for the past few months, but this morning was the last straw; my best friend had a brain aneurysm and is now in a coma. I simply am not in a creative mood under these circumstances, so until further notice, there will be no more Demon Blade.
